In Dharampur village, Mau district of Uttar Pradesh, lives a 12-year-old girl named Neetu, whose childhood has been filled with pain and struggle instead of laughter and play.
Neetu has been suffering from severe disability since birth. She cannot speak, cannot walk, and heartbreakingly, she is unable to eat on her own. Every single day, she depends completely on others even for the smallest basic needs.
Her father is a daily wage laborer, working tirelessly just to provide food for the family. Despite his endless efforts, his income is too limited to afford Neetu’s medical treatment, therapy, medicines, and special care.
Watching his daughter suffer without being able to help is the greatest pain a father can experience. Due to financial hardship, Neetu has not been able to receive the proper medical attention she urgently needs.
Today, Neetu needs medical treatment, physiotherapy, nutrition support, and continuous care to improve her quality of life and give her a chance to live with dignity.
